A company move on this route is usually not an office relocation. It is a household changing city, a window that has to match a start date, and a flat that must be empty on time. The company wants a partner it can call again. The employee wants a person who speaks German when the truck is downstairs.
What the company gets
- One contact for the job
- A written offer per move, after the survey
- The same process when several people move in a year
- A clear split between what the company orders and what the person adds privately
- Dates that fit the start of work and the handover of the flat
What the person gets
The same standard as a private move: German on site, an inventory, protection, and, if wanted, packing, assembly, storage and support through the first official steps. The assignment feels less like a second job.
How we introduce ourselves
We come before the first employee packs. We walk through one sample move, Germany to Budapest or back, including the weeks when registration and school sit beside the truck. After that, an email with name, route and preferred window is enough.
We do not describe ourselves as a mobility provider for 200 countries. We are the moving partner for this corridor, and for other European routes when the home has to come along.
