Sequence

The home first, then the promise.

You send the outline. We look at the home. Then you get a fixed price, a window and a person who knows both.

Enquiry

Direction, addresses, rooms, floor, services, preferred window. The form collects exactly that.

Survey

We visit, or join by video. We measure the lift, the courtyard, the kitchen.

Offer

Fixed price, included services, a note on insurance, a payment schedule. You accept in writing.

Preparation

Parking zone, materials, hands, storage if needed. You work the checklist. We work the logistics.

Two doors

Load, drive, unload, assemble. German at both addresses. Then the arrival list.

What helps before the offer

Photos of the stairs, the lift and the large pieces help. They do not replace the conversation. We need both addresses, the floors, whether a kitchen is coming, and the two dates that cannot move: when the old home must be empty, and when you can open the new one.

What runs digitally

You fill in the enquiry online, in six steps. The checklist keeps its state on your device. Photos and a video replace the trip when the home is still there but you are not. Three languages, so family and company read the same basis. A person still confirms scope, window and changes. During the drive you get the live location of the truck.

What happens after you accept

You get the sequence in plain sentences. Changes, such as a sofa that is staying after all, belong before loading day. On the day we work the list we wrote together.

Next step

Request a move

Survey on site or by video. Then the fixed price in writing.
